In a medium bowl, combine the ground pork (or beef), finely chopped green onions, minced garlic clove, minced ginger, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, lime zest, 1 tablespoon chili crisp, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

Take one dumpling wrapper and place about 1 tablespoon of the filling in the center. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with a little water, then fold and crimp the edges to create your favorite dumpling shape, ensuring it is sealed.

Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add a small amount of oil. Once hot, place the dumplings in the pan and fry them for 2-3 minutes, or until the bottoms are golden brown. Carefully add 1 dl of water to the pan, immediately cover with a lid, and steam for approximately 5 minutes, or until the dumplings are fully cooked through and the water has evaporated.

While the dumplings are cooking, prepare the sauce. In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon Chinese black vinegar, 1 tablespoon chili crisp oil, 1 pinch of sugar, and sesame seeds. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.

Once the dumplings are cooked, remove them from the pan and arrange them on a serving plate. Pour the prepared sauce over the hot dumplings and garnish with fresh sliced green onions.
