Add 2 teaspoons of chia seeds to the jar.
Add 1 tablespoon of powdered peanut butter to the jar.

Add about 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon to the jar, or adjust to your preferred taste.

Add 1/4 cup of yogurt to the jar.

If desired, add 1 tablespoon of maple syrup to the jar for extra sweetness. Adjust the amount to your taste.

Add 1/2 of a mashed banana to the jar.

Pour 1 cup of Blue Diamond Chocolate Protein Almondmilk into the jar.

Using a spoon, thoroughly stir all the ingredients in the jar until they are well combined and the oats are fully submerged.

Securely cover the jar with a lid.

Place the covered jar in the refrigerator and allow it to chill overnight, or for a minimum of 8 hours, for the oats to soften and thicken.

The next morning, remove the jar from the refrigerator. The oats should be thick and creamy.

If you are making the optional chocolate shell: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1/4 cup of chopped dark chocolate and 2 teaspoons of coconut oil. Microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring between each, until completely melted and smooth.

Carefully pour the melted chocolate mixture over the top of the oats in the jar.

Using the back of a spoon, gently spread the chocolate evenly over the surface of the oats. It will harden as it cools.

Garnish with extra banana slices and a sprinkle of cinnamon before serving.
