In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, green onions, Chinese leek, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, grated ginger, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 1 tablespoon sesame oil.

Dissolve 1 teaspoon of Better Than Bouillon Chicken Base in 1/4 cup of water, then pour this mixture into the pork mixture.

Mix everything vigorously for 2 to 3 minutes until the filling becomes sticky and the liquid is fully absorbed.

Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of neutral oil to a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Arrange the dumpling wrappers and pork filling in layers. Start by placing a dumpling wrapper, then a spoonful of meat filling, spreading it thinly. Cover with another dumpling wrapper, slightly overlapping the previous one, and repeat the process to form a spiral or concentric layers covering the bottom of the pan.

In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup water and 1/2 teaspoon Better Than Bouillon Chicken Base to create the steaming liquid.

Pour the steaming liquid evenly throughout and around the edges of the pan. Cover the skillet with a lid.

Cook over medium heat for about 8 minutes, or until the pork is fully cooked and the wrappers are tender.

While the dumpling lasagna cooks, prepare the chili sauce. In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 tablespoons chili oil, and 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds.

Remove the lid from the skillet. Continue cooking for another 2 to 4 minutes, allowing any remaining liquid to evaporate and the bottom wrappers to become crisp.

Drizzle the prepared chili sauce over the dumpling lasagna. Finish with plenty of chopped green onions and serve immediately.
