In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped fresh parsley, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.

Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the butter mixture. Toss gently to ensure all the shrimp are evenly coated.

Spread the coated shrimp in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the shrimp, followed by the shredded mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque, and the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden brown. Avoid overcooking to keep the shrimp tender.
