In a large bowl, combine the warm milk, dry yeast, and sugar. Whisk these ingredients together until well combined. Add the melted butter to the mixture. Then, add the flour and salt to the bowl. Mix the ingredients with a spatula until a shaggy dough forms.

Transfer the dough to a clean surface and knead by hand until it becomes smooth and elastic. Place the kneaded dough back into the bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rise for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until it has doubled in size.

Once the dough has risen, transfer it to a lightly floured surface. Divide the dough into 16 equal pieces. Take one piece of dough, flatten it slightly, and place a cheese cube in the center. Carefully gather the edges of the dough around the cheese and pinch them together to seal, forming a smooth ball. Repeat this process for all 16 pieces of dough.

Arrange the cheese-filled dough balls side by side in a round baking tray (a springform pan lined with parchment paper works well). Cover the tray with plastic wrap and let the buns rise for another 30 minutes.

Preheat your oven to 180°C. Before baking, brush the tops of the buns with egg yolk or milk to achieve a golden finish.

Bake the buns at 180°C for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.

While the bread is baking, prepare the garlic butter. In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, grated garlic cloves, and chopped fresh parsley. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.

Once the bread is removed from the oven and is still piping hot, generously brush the warm bread with the prepared garlic butter. Serve immediately and enjoy!
