Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Remove the frozen chicken pieces from the Trader Joe's Mandarin Orange Chicken package and spread them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Reserve the sauce packets for later.

Bake the chicken for 15-18 minutes, or until heated through and crispy, flipping halfway through.

While the chicken bakes, prepare the riced cauliflower stir-fry. Heat the Trader Joe's Organic Toasted Sesame Oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the Trader Joe's Frozen Riced Cauliflower and shredded carrots to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, breaking up any clumps, until the cauliflower is tender-crisp and most of the moisture has evaporated.

Stir in the frozen peas and Trader Joe's Soy Sauce (or Tamari). Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the peas are heated through.

Once the chicken is cooked, heat the reserved orange sauce packets in a small saucepan over low heat or microwave them for 30-60 seconds until warm and pourable.

In a large bowl, combine the baked chicken pieces with the warmed orange sauce. Toss gently to coat all the chicken evenly.

Divide the riced cauliflower stir-fry among serving bowls. Top with the sauced orange chicken. Garnish with sliced green onions and a sprinkle of Trader Joe's Everything But The Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend, if desired.
