Using a food processor or small blender, grind the roasted garlic until finely minced or pureed. Add the 100g of softened butter and stir until the mixture is creamy and well combined. Season the garlic butter with 2 teaspoons of Italian seasoning and salt to taste.

Preheat your oven to 350°F.

Slice the garlic batard in half lengthwise, creating two long halves. Spread an equal amount of the prepared garlic butter generously over the cut surface of each half of the batard. Follow by spreading 1/3 cup of marinara sauce evenly over the garlic butter on each bread half.

Distribute one cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over each half of the bread, covering the marinara sauce. Arrange pepperoni slices on top of the mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle some fresh parsley over the pepperoni and cheese for garnish and flavor.

Place the assembled garlic bread halves into the preheated oven. Bake for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, switch the oven to broil setting. Broil the garlic bread until the cheese turns golden brown, which usually takes roughly 3-5 minutes. Watch the oven closely during the broiling step as it happens very quickly to prevent burning.

Once golden brown and bubbly, remove from the oven. Enjoy your Pepperoni Pizza Cheesy Garlic Bread!
