Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9-inch cast-iron skillet or an oven-safe baking dish with a little coconut oil or cooking spray.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla protein powder, oat flour, granulated sweetener, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the unsweetened almond milk, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix with a spatula or spoon until a thick dough forms. Be careful not to overmix.

Gently fold in 1/2 cup of the dark chocolate chunks into the dough.

Transfer the dough into the prepared cast-iron skillet. Press it evenly into the bottom of the skillet. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of dark chocolate chunks over the top of the dough.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown and the center is mostly set but still slightly soft. The chocolate chunks on top should be melted and gooey.

Remove the skillet from the oven and let the Kazuki cool for 5 minutes. Drizzle generously with maple syrup or honey before serving.

Serve warm directly from the skillet with a spoon, enjoying the gooey, high-protein treat.
