In a medium mixing bowl, add the scooped avocado flesh. Use a fork or potato masher to mash the avocados to your desired consistency, leaving some chunks for texture if preferred.

Add the lime juice, finely diced red onion, chopped fresh cilantro, minced jalapeño (if using), kosher salt, and black pepper to the mashed avocado. Stir gently to combine all ingredients. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

Arrange the mini pretzel twists or pretzel crisps on a serving platter. For each pretzel, spoon a small amount of the prepared guacamole onto the center.

Top each guacamole-covered pretzel with a halved or quartered cherry tomato. If using, sprinkle a small amount of crumbled cotija cheese over the top of each bite.

Garnish the platter with a few fresh cilantro leaves, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy these fresh and crunchy pretzel guacamole bites!
