Preheat your oven to 300°F. Prepare the rack of pork ribs by rinsing them under cold water. If desired, remove the silver skin from the back of the ribs.

Place the clean ribs in a large baking dish.

Evenly sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, and adobo seasoning over the ribs.

Pour the oil and soy sauce over the seasoned ribs.

Roll the lime (or lemon) on the counter with firm pressure to help release its juices, then cut it in half and squeeze the juice over the ribs.

Using your hands, thoroughly rub all the seasonings, oil, and liquids into the ribs, ensuring they are well coated on all sides.

Place the seasoned ribs in the preheated oven, uncovered, on the middle rack. Bake for 3 hours without covering or flipping.

Once baked, carefully remove the ribs from the oven. The ribs should be very tender, with bones easily falling out.

Using kitchen shears or a sharp knife, cut the ribs into individual pieces. Serve immediately and enjoy!
