Preheat your oven to 200°C.

Take the 4 wraps, roll them up tightly, and then slice them into thin, noodle-like strips. Place these strips into a large mixing bowl.

Slice the 200g of ham into strips and add them to the bowl with the wrap strips.

Crack the 5 eggs into the bowl with the wraps and ham.

Add approximately 100g of the light mozzarella to the bowl. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined and the wraps are coated.

Pour the entire mixture into a cake tin (springform pan) and spread it out evenly to form the pizza base.

Spread the 3 tablespoons of pizza sauce evenly over the mixture in the cake tin.

Sprinkle the remaining 100g of light mozzarella over the pizza sauce.

Arrange the 100g of reduced fat pepperoni on top of the mozzarella.

Place the cake tin into the preheated oven at 200°C and bake for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, remove the pizza from the oven and place it under the grill for 5 minutes to achieve a crispy top. Keep a close eye on it to prevent burning.

Carefully remove the pizza from the oven. Allow it to cool slightly before unclipping and removing the springform pan. Slice and serve.
