In a medium bowl, add the olive oil, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika to the diced chicken breast. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated with the seasonings.

Heat a large pan over medium to high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for approximately 4 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through. Remove the cooked chicken from the pan and set it aside.

In the same pan (no need to clean it), add the diced garlic cloves and cook briefly, stirring constantly, until fragrant, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Pour in the soy sauce and water. If using, add the chilli flakes to the pan.

Stir in the cornstarch slurry (cornstarch mixed with cold water) and continue mixing constantly until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency.

Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the honey until fully incorporated into the sauce.

Return the cooked chicken to the pan with the honey garlic sauce. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated.

In a separate large saucepan or pot, combine the evaporated milk, light cream cheese, and chicken stock powder. Heat over low to medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the cream cheese is melted and the mixture is warm.

Add the grated cheddar cheese to the milk mixture and stir continuously until the cheese is completely melted and the sauce is smooth.

While the cheese sauce is cooking, prepare the macaroni pasta according to the package directions. Once cooked, drain the pasta well.

Add the cooked and drained pasta to the cheese sauce. Mix thoroughly until the pasta is fully coated in the creamy sauce.

Divide the honey garlic chicken and the mac & cheese evenly into 4 meal prep servings.
