Ensure your mixing bowl and whisk attachment (or beaters) are very cold. You can place them in the freezer for 10-15 minutes before starting.

Pour the chilled heavy whipping cream into the cold mixing bowl.

Begin whipping the cream on medium speed. As it starts to thicken, gradually add the powdered sugar.

Once the sugar is incorporated, add the Trader Joe's Vanilla Bean Paste. Increase the speed to medium-high.

Continue whipping until soft to medium peaks form. Be careful not to over-whip, or it will become grainy. The whipped cream should hold its shape but still be light and airy.
