In a large bowl, combine the pork mince, shredded cabbage, finely sliced green onions, crushed garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, white pepper, chicken stock powder, and breadcrumbs.

Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly until well combined.

Take one rice paper sheet and hold it under a running cold tap for about five seconds to soften it.

Place the softened rice paper sheet flat on a clean cutting board or work surface.

Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the dumpling filling in a line along one side of the rice paper, leaving a couple of centimetres at each end to ensure proper sealing.

Carefully roll the rice paper sheet into a log shape, enclosing the filling.

Seal the ends of the log by pressing them firmly together.

Gently bend the log into a doughnut shape and press the ends together again to seal.

Repeat steps 3 through 8 with the remaining filling and rice paper sheets until all the filling is used.

Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (390°F). Arrange the formed dumpling doughnuts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring not to overcrowd it.

Lightly spritz the dumpling doughnuts with olive oil spray.

Cook in the air fryer for approximately 10 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy on both sides.
