Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with melted butter. Arrange the brioche cubes evenly in the prepared dish.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Pour the egg mixture evenly over the brioche cubes, making sure all the bread is saturated. Gently press down on the bread to help it absorb the liquid.

In a separate small bowl, beat the softened Trader Joe's Cream Cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Dollop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the brioche. Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl the cream cheese into the bread mixture.

Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the brioche to fully absorb the custard.

Preheat your oven to 375°F. Remove the French toast bake from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes while the oven preheats.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the French toast is golden brown and set in the center. A knife inserted into the center should come out clean.

Let the French toast bake cool for 5-10 minutes before serving. Serve warm with Trader Joe's Organic Maple Syrup and fresh berries, if desired.
