Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

If your Trader Joe's Chocolate Croissants are frozen, thaw them according to package directions. Once thawed, cut each croissant into 1-inch pieces.

Arrange the croissant pieces evenly in the prepared baking dish.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, 1/4 cup maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.

Pour the egg mixture evenly over the croissant pieces in the baking dish, making sure all pieces are soaked.

Sprinkle the crumbled Trader Joe's Uncured Apple Smoked Bacon over the top of the croissant bake.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the bake is golden brown and set in the center. A knife inserted into the center should come out clean.

Let the breakfast bake cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with additional maple syrup and fresh berries, if desired.
