Preheat your oven to 180°C.

In a blender or food processor, combine the 100 grams of rolled oats, 1 scoop of protein powder, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Blend until the mixture forms a fine powder.

Add the 100 milliliters of milk, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup (or your preferred sweetener), and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the blended dry mixture.

Blend all ingredients together until a smooth batter is formed.

If the batter appears too thick, add a splash of water and blend again until the desired consistency is reached.

Add a pinch of salt to the batter and stir it in thoroughly.

Pour the prepared batter into an oven-safe dish.

If desired, place a few pieces of dark chocolate on top of the batter for an optional topping.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and set.

Once baked, carefully remove the dish from the oven and serve warm.
