Place 1 piece of frozen cabbage into a large pot.

Pour hot water over the cabbage to cover it completely.

Add 25 ml vegetable oil to the pot.

Remove the cooked cabbage from the pot and place it on a cutting board.

Cut the cabbage into large pieces.

Squeeze out excess water from the cabbage pieces using your hands.

Place the squeezed cabbage pieces into a food processor.

Add 400 g melted butter to the food processor.

Add 2 eggs to the food processor.

Process until the mixture is well combined and slightly chunky.

Finely chop 2 onions.

Grate 1 carrot.

Mince 20 g garlic.

Heat 20 ml vegetable oil in a pan.

Add the chopped onions to the hot oil and sauté until translucent.

Add the grated carrot to the pan and sauté until softened.

Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté briefly until fragrant.

Add the sautéed onion, carrot, and garlic mixture to the cabbage mixture in the food processor.

Add 2 g black pepper to the mixture.

Add 2 g salt to the mixture.

Add 1 g oregano to the mixture.

Add 1 g chili flakes to the mixture.

Add 140 g flour to the mixture.

Process everything together until a cohesive mixture is formed.

Take portions of the mixture and form them into small, round patties or "meatballs".

Heat 10 ml vegetable oil in a pan.

Place the formed patties into the hot oil.

Fry the patties until golden brown on all sides.

In a bowl, combine 250 g cheese cream.

Finely chop 15 g parsley.

Mince 140 g garlic.

Add the chopped parsley to the cheese cream.

Add the minced garlic to the cheese cream.

Add 30 g white sesame seeds to the cheese cream.

Add 100 ml vegetable oil to the cheese cream.

Add 1 g chili flakes to the cheese cream.

Mix all sauce ingredients thoroughly until well combined.

Arrange the fried cabbage patties on a serving dish.

Pour the prepared sauce generously over the patties.
