Preheat your oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a large baking dish (approximately 9x13 inches).

Add the uncooked orzo pasta to the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly across the bottom.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, heavy cream, and minced garlic. Pour this mixture over the orzo in the baking dish, ensuring the pasta is mostly submerged.

Arrange the raw chicken pieces evenly on top of the orzo and liquid mixture.

Generously season the chicken and pasta mixture with salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.

Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Carefully remove the baking dish from the oven and remove the foil. Stir everything gently to combine the cooked orzo, chicken, and creamy sauce.

Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top of the pasta and chicken.

Return the baking dish to the oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm and enjoy!
