Add the frozen shrimp in a single layer to the air fryer basket. Air fry for 6 minutes until opaque. If needed, add an additional 60-90 seconds until fully cooked.

While the shrimp cooks, melt the salted butter and grated garlic cloves in a microwave-safe bowl. This can be done in 30-second intervals until fully melted.

Once the butter and garlic are melted, stir in the Dijon mustard, fresh lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well to combine, creating the garlic butter sauce.

Once the shrimp are cooked, transfer them to a serving bowl. Pour the prepared garlic butter sauce over the shrimp and toss gently to ensure all the shrimp are evenly coated.

Serve the buttery garlic shrimp immediately, garnished with chopped scallions and fresh lemon wedges. A crusty baguette makes a great accompaniment for soaking up the extra sauce.
