Preheat your oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced yellow onion until the beef is browned and the onion is softened, about 7-8 minutes. Drain any excess grease.

Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper into the cooked beef mixture. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Open the can of biscuit dough. Separate each biscuit and flatten it into a 4-5 inch circle on a clean work surface. If the biscuits are too thick, you can gently stretch or roll them out.

For each biscuit, place about 2 tablespoons of the seasoned ground beef mixture in the center. Top the beef with a generous pinch of shredded cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese.

Carefully gather the edges of the biscuit dough around the filling, pinching them together firmly to seal and form a ball. Ensure there are no gaps for the cheese to escape. Place the sealed bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Brush this mixture generously over the tops and sides of each cheeseburger bomb.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuit dough is golden brown and puffed, and the cheese inside is melted and gooey.

Remove from the oven and serve warm. Be careful, as the filling will be hot.
