Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the 2 minced garlic cloves, 1/2 diced onion, and 1/2 diced red bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté until the vegetables are softened, which takes approximately 5 minutes.

Add the 1 lb of peeled and deveined shrimp to the skillet. Cook until the shrimp turn pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Stir in the 5 oz of fresh spinach until it is wilted.

Pour in 1/2 cup of heavy cream. Add 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning. Stir all ingredients well to combine.

Gently fold in the 8 oz of lump crab meat.

Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley. Set the seafood filling aside.

In a separate saucepan, melt 1/4 cup of butter over medium heat.

Whisk in 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly, to create a roux.

Gradually whisk in 4 cups of milk until the mixture is smooth. Bring the sauce to a simmer, continuing to stir constantly, until it thickens.

Reduce the heat to low. Stir in 4 oz of softened cream cheese, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg.

Stir until all the cheeses are melted and the sauce is smooth. Set the cheese sauce aside.

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Spread a thin layer of cheese sauce (approximately 1/2 cup) evenly on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Arrange 3 oven-ready lasagna noodles over the sauce layer.

Spread half of the prepared seafood filling evenly over the noodles.

Top the seafood layer with about 1 1/2 cups of the cheese sauce.

Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the cheese sauce.

Repeat the layering process: place another layer of 3 lasagna noodles, then spread the remaining seafood filling, followed by another 1 1/2 cups of cheese sauce, and finally, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.

Place the final 3 lasagna noodles on top.

Pour the remaining cheese sauce over the top noodles, ensuring they are fully covered.

Sprinkle the remaining 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese over the entire top layer.

Cover the baking dish loosely with aluminum foil.

Bake the covered lasagna in the preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes.

Remove the aluminum foil and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
