Preheat your oven to 400°F.

Place the Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese in the center of a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Spoon half of the basil pesto around the Boursin cheese in the dish.

Pour the dry orzo around the Boursin cheese.

Scatter the quartered cherry or grape tomatoes evenly over the orzo.

Pour the low-sodium chicken broth over all the ingredients in the dish.

Season everything with black pepper and a pinch of red pepper flakes, if desired.

Add the torn fresh spinach over the orzo.

Top the dish with the frozen meatballs.

Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Carefully remove the foil from the baking dish. The Boursin should be softened.

Stir the contents of the dish thoroughly, incorporating the melted Boursin and pesto to create a creamy sauce.

Add the remaining basil pesto and the grated parmesan cheese to the dish and stir again to combine.

Return the uncovered dish to the oven and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, or until the orzo is tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed.

Remove the dish from the oven and let it rest for 3 to 5 minutes before serving.

If desired, squeeze the juice from half a lemon over the bake before serving for a bright finish.
