Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an 8x8 inch baking dish or a 9-inch round cake pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Place the rolled oats into a blender or food processor. Blend until the oats are ground into a fine flour-like consistency. This should take about 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Add the blended oat flour, ripe banana, large egg, milk, and baking powder to the blender with the oat flour. Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and no lumps remain, scraping down the sides as needed.

Pour the smooth batter into a medium mixing bowl. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries using a spatula, being careful not to crush them.

Pour the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish or cake pan.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a wooden skewer or toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. The cake should be golden brown on top.

Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving. This allows the cake to set properly.
