In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, 1 teaspoon of all-purpose seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined and set aside.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onions are deeply caramelized and golden brown. Season with 1/2 teaspoon of all-purpose seasoning during the last few minutes of cooking.

Add the caramelized onions to the cream cheese mixture. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until the onions are evenly distributed throughout the dip base.

Preheat your grill or oven to 375°F. Lightly spray a disposable aluminum baking pan or a regular oven-safe baking dish with non-stick spray.

Pour the mixed dip into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly with a spatula.

Generously top the entire surface of the dip with the French fried onions.

Place the pan on the preheated grill or in the oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling around the edges and the French fried onions are golden brown and crispy.

Carefully remove the dip from the grill or oven. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving warm with your favorite dippers, such as tortilla chips, crackers, or bread.
