Carefully open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough. Separate each biscuit.

Take one biscuit and gently split it in half horizontally, creating two thinner rounds.

On one half of the split biscuit, squeeze about 1 tablespoon of marshmallow fluff. Place a few pieces of the broken Hershey's milk chocolate bar on top of the fluff.

Layer a few small pieces of graham cracker on top of the chocolate.

Place the other half of the biscuit on top of the fillings. Carefully press and seal the edges of the biscuit together firmly to enclose the s'mores ingredients inside. Ensure there are no gaps for the filling to escape during frying. Repeat this process for all remaining biscuits.

In a heavy-bottomed pot or Dutch oven, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F. If you don't have a thermometer, you can test the oil by dropping a small piece of biscuit dough into it; it should sizzle immediately and turn golden brown within 30 seconds.

Carefully place 2-3 stuffed biscuits into the hot oil, being careful not to overcrowd the pot. Fry for 1-2 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown and puffed.

Using a metal spider strainer or slotted spoon, remove the fried biscuit s'mores from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.

Once slightly cooled, drizzle chocolate syrup generously over the fried s'mores.

Sprinkle the crushed graham crackers over the chocolate syrup for a final topping. Serve immediately and enjoy!
