Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil or butter to the pan.
Add the 1 pound of 80/20 ground beef to the heated pan. Break the beef apart with a spoon or spatula as it cooks. Once the beef starts to brown, add the 1 cup of spinach and cook until wilted.

Stir in the seasonings: 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, and 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning. Continue to cook until the beef is fully browned and cooked through. Drizzle a small amount of balsamic glaze over the cooked beef and stir to combine.

While the beef is cooking, heat the 2 cups of cooked white rice separately according to package instructions or your preferred method.

To assemble each bowl, place an equal portion of the heated white rice on the bottom. Top the rice with the seasoned ground beef mixture.

Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the beef and rice. Add the 1 large diced tomato.

Finish each bowl with a generous drizzle of balsamic glaze.
