Preheat your oven to 375°F. Unroll the Trader Joe's Pie Crust and gently press it into a 9-inch pie plate. Crimp the edges as desired.

In a skillet, cook the diced Trader Joe's Uncured Apple Smoked Bacon over medium heat until crispy. Drain the bacon on a paper towel-lined plate.

Sprinkle the cooked bacon evenly over the bottom of the pie crust. Top with the Trader Joe's Shredded Swiss Cheese & Gruyère Cheese.
