Preheat your oven to 375°F.

In a large baking dish, combine the chicken thighs, smoked sausage, onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, celery, garlic, diced tomatoes (undrained), tomato sauce, uncooked white rice, Cajun seasoning, dried thyme, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and chicken broth.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in the baking dish until everything is well combined.

Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.

Bake in the preheated oven at 375°F for 45-50 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid has been absorbed.

Carefully remove the baking dish from the oven and remove the foil.

Fluff the rice with a fork.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
