Take the 4 chicken drumsticks. Using a sharp knife, make two deep cuts on each drumstick, ensuring they go down to the bone to allow for better flavor absorption. Rinse the chicken drumsticks thoroughly under cold running water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Place the prepared chicken drumsticks into a large mixing bowl. Add the chili powder, black pepper, salt, ginger garlic paste, apple cider vinegar, and soy sauce to the bowl. Mix all ingredients thoroughly with the chicken, ensuring the marinade gets into all the cuts. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate to marinate for 1 hour.

After the marination period, remove the bowl from the refrigerator. Crack the egg directly into the bowl with the chicken. Add the all-purpose flour and corn flour. Mix everything well until each chicken drumstick is fully coated with the egg and flour mixture.

Pour the breadcrumbs onto a separate shallow tray or plate. Take each chicken drumstick, one at a time, and roll it in the breadcrumbs, pressing gently to ensure a complete and even coating. Set the coated drumsticks aside.

Heat approximately 3 cups of vegetable oil in a large, deep pan or Dutch oven over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C). The oil should be deep enough to submerge the drumsticks halfway or completely for even frying.

Carefully place the coated chicken drumsticks into the hot oil, being careful not to overcrowd the pan. Fry the drumsticks for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown on all sides and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).

Remove the fried chicken drumsticks from the oil using tongs and place them on a wire rack set over a baking sheet to drain any excess oil. Serve the hot chicken drumsticks immediately.
