Add the drained contents of two cans of corn to a large pan over medium heat.

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of ground cumin, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt over the corn in the pan. Stir thoroughly with a wooden spoon until well combined.

Add 1 tablespoon of plain Greek yogurt and 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise to the corn mixture. Stir until creamy and well incorporated.

Sprinkle 1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese over the mixture and stir it in.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder and additional ground cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, or salt to taste, if desired. Stir everything together again, allowing the cheese to melt into the mixture for a few minutes.

Remove the pan from the heat. Add 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro and 1/4 cup of chopped spring onions to the pan. Stir to combine.

Transfer the entire corn dip mixture from the pan into a slow cooker.

Squeeze the juice from half of a lime into the slow cooker and stir the mixture to combine.
Cook the dip in the slow cooker on low for 2-3 hours, or on high for 1-1 1/2 hours, to allow the flavors to combine and deepen. Stir occasionally.

Serve warm with your favorite dippers.
