In a medium bowl, combine the cubed chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and mix thoroughly until the chicken is evenly coated with the seasonings.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown. Remove from heat.

Using two forks or a stand mixer with a paddle attachment, shred the cooked chicken into small pieces. Return the shredded chicken to the skillet (off the heat) and stir in the honey BBQ sauce until the chicken is fully coated.

Preheat your oven to 350°F. If using pull-apart slider buns, carefully slice the entire block of buns in half horizontally, separating the tops from the bottoms.

Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread a layer of honey mustard evenly over the bottom buns.

Evenly distribute the sauced shredded chicken over the honey mustard layer. Arrange the pickle slices on top of the chicken, then layer the cheese slices over the pickles.

Place the top halves of the slider buns over the cheese layer.

In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter and garlic powder. Brush this mixture generously over the top of the assembled slider buns. Sprinkle sesame seeds evenly over the buttered tops.

Bake the sliders in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the buns are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove the sliders from the oven. Drizzle hot honey generously over the warm sliders before serving.
