Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Place the 2 whole pork spare ribs on a cutting board. Season generously with paprika and black pepper on both sides.

Transfer the seasoned ribs to a large roasting pan.

Add the roughly chopped 2 large onions, 3 smashed garlic cloves, and 2 roughly chopped mixed peppers around the ribs in the pan.

Pour 1 large Coca Cola over the ribs and vegetables in the pan. Dissolve 1 beef cube in 1 cup of water and pour this mixture into the pan as well.

Cover the roasting pan tightly with aluminum foil.

Bake the ribs in the preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 2 hours.

While the ribs are baking, prepare the BBQ sauce: In a medium bowl, combine 2 smashed garlic cloves, 3 tablespoons honey, 1 cup ketchup, 2 tablespoons mustard, 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 3 tablespoons brown sugar, 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper, 2 tablespoons salt, and 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar.

Whisk all the BBQ sauce ingredients together until well combined and smooth.

After 2 hours, carefully remove the ribs from the oven and remove the aluminum foil. The ribs should be very tender.

Generously baste the ribs with the prepared BBQ sauce using a brush, ensuring they are fully coated.

Increase the oven temperature to 200°C (400°F). Return the ribs to the oven, uncovered, and bake for another 30 minutes, or until they are beautifully caramelized and sticky.

Once caramelized, remove the ribs from the oven. Let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Serve the ribs, garnished with fresh chopped parsley. The ribs should be melt-in-your-mouth tender and easily pulled apart.
