Pat the sirloin tender steaks dry. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of oil and season generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned steaks and cook for 3 minutes per side for medium-rare doneness. Adjust cooking time for desired doneness. Remove steaks from the skillet and set aside on a plate to rest.

While the steaks are resting, add the chicken broth to the same skillet. Bring to a simmer, scraping the bottom of the pan with a wooden spoon to deglaze and incorporate all the browned bits. Reduce heat to medium-low.

Add 6 tablespoons of butter to the skillet. Once melted, add the chopped garlic and sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.

Stir in the red pepper flakes and Italian seasoning. Add the chopped fresh broccoli and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp.

While the broccoli is cooking, cook the angel hair pasta according to package directions in a separate pot of salted boiling water. Drain well once cooked.

Once the broccoli is cooked, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet. Once melted, add the drained angel hair pasta and toss everything together until well combined and coated in the garlic butter sauce.

Slice the rested steaks thinly against the grain.

Serve the garlic butter angel hair pasta and broccoli onto plates. Top with sliced steak, a generous sprinkle of shredded Parmesan cheese, and additional red pepper flakes if desired. Enjoy immediately.
