Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

On a lightly floured surface, unroll the pizza dough. Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut the dough into 1-inch wide strips.

Take each strip of dough and gently tie it into a knot. Arrange the knots on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each one.

In a medium-sized bowl, melt the butter. Add the garlic powder, oregano, salt, and grated Parmesan cheese to the melted butter. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined, creating the garlic butter.

Generously brush the unbaked dough knots with the prepared garlic butter mixture. Ensure all surfaces are coated.

Bake the garlic knots in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Once baked, remove the garlic knots from the oven. Immediately brush them again with any remaining garlic butter mixture.

Garnish the warm garlic knots with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
