Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Stir well with a fork until thoroughly mixed.

Open the can of biscuit dough. Take out 4 biscuits. On a clean surface or cutting board, cut each biscuit into four equal quarters. Roll each quarter piece into a small, smooth ball between your palms. You should have 16 dough balls in total.

Place the melted butter in one shallow bowl and the cinnamon sugar mixture in another. Dip each dough ball into the melted butter, ensuring it is fully coated. Then, transfer the butter-coated ball to the cinnamon sugar mixture and roll it around until it is completely covered. Place the coated ball into a light-colored rectangular baking dish (approximately 8x8 inches or similar size) and repeat this process for all dough balls, arranging them in a single layer.

Bake the cinnamon roll bites in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.

While the cinnamon roll bites are baking, prepare the glaze. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons of milk until smooth. If the glaze is too thick, add a little more milk, 1/2 teaspoon at a time, until it reaches a pourable consistency.

Remove the baked cinnamon roll bites from the oven and let them cool in the baking dish for about 10 minutes.

Drizzle the prepared glaze generously over the warm cinnamon roll bites. Serve immediately and enjoy!
