In a medium bowl, combine the chicken stock, Brass Cuisine Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Cento Double Concentrated Tomato Paste, Brass Cuisine Next Level Grilling Spice, and Brass Cuisine Greek (Salt Free) seasoning. Mix thoroughly with a fork until all ingredients are well combined. Set aside.

Place one H-E-B Simply Prep Oven Bag (Turkey Size) into an aluminum baking dish. Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, celery, potatoes, and carrots into the oven bag. Lightly season the vegetables with Brass Cuisine Butter N Garlic seasoning. Place a few slices of butter on top of the seasoned vegetables.

Place the raw chicken pieces (drumsticks and thighs are recommended) on top of the vegetables in the oven bag. Pour the prepared marinade mixture evenly over the chicken and vegetables in the bag.

Close and seal the oven bag according to package directions. Gently massage or shake the bag to ensure all the chicken and vegetables are thoroughly coated and seasoned with the marinade. Place the sealed bag in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 1 hour, or longer if preferred.

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). After marinating, ensure the bag is securely placed in the aluminum baking dish.

Carefully place the baking dish with the oven bag into the preheated oven. Bake for 1 hour and 35 to 40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.

Carefully remove the baking dish from the oven. Using a knife or scissors, carefully cut open the top of the oven bag, being mindful of the hot steam. The cooked chicken and vegetables will be juicy, tender, and flavorful. You can baste the chicken and vegetables with the accumulated juices from the bag before serving.
