Place the chocolate biscuits into a food processor and blend until they form fine crumbs. Transfer the biscuit crumbs to a large mixing bowl.

To the bowl with the biscuit crumbs, add the Milo and the protein powder (if using). Mix well to combine all the dry ingredients.

Pour the condensed milk and melted butter into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined and form a sticky mixture.

Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Press the Milo mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Refrigerate for at least 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until the slice is firm and hard.

Once the slice is set, melt the chocolate block using a microwave or a double boiler. Pour the melted chocolate over the set slice and spread it evenly.

Sprinkle additional Milo over the melted chocolate topping. Return the slice to the refrigerator for another 30 minutes to 1 hour, or until the chocolate topping is completely set.

Once the chocolate is set, remove the slice from the refrigerator. Carefully lift it out of the baking dish using the parchment paper and cut it into desired serving sizes. Enjoy!
