Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat. Add the minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper to the cooked beef. Stir well and cook for 1 minute more. Remove from heat and set aside.

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Open the can of biscuit dough. Take each biscuit and gently stretch it into a 5-inch circle.

Place about 2 spoonfuls of the seasoned ground beef mixture in the center of each biscuit circle. Top with a small amount of shredded mozzarella cheese and one cube of mild cheddar cheese.

Carefully fold the edges of the dough over the filling, pinching them tightly to seal completely. Gently roll the filled dough into a tight ball. Place the formed cheeseburger bombs seam side down on the prepared baking sheet. Allow them to rest for 5 minutes.

Brush a thin layer of the whisked egg (egg wash) over the top of each cheeseburger bomb. Sprinkle generously with fresh grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the bombs are deeply golden brown and cooked through.

While the bombs are baking, prepare the garlic butter. In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the salted butter. Stir in the finely minced garlic and parsley.

Once the cheeseburger bombs are out of the oven, immediately brush the garlic butter mixture over the hot bombs. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serve hot.
