Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Ensure the membrane has been removed from the back of the pork baby back ribs. If not already done, carefully remove it using a paper towel for grip. Rinse the ribs thoroughly under cold running water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Place the cleaned and dried ribs in a large aluminum baking pan. Liberally sprinkle Brass Experience (low Sodium) seasoning over one side of the ribs. Follow with a generous sprinkling of Down South BBQ Rub seasoning, and then Oh It’s Major Montreal seasoning. Flip the ribs over and repeat the seasoning process on the other side, ensuring both sides are well-coated with all three seasonings.

Tightly cover the aluminum baking pan containing the seasoned ribs with aluminum foil. Place the covered pan into the preheated oven. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

After the initial baking period, carefully remove the ribs from the oven and remove the aluminum foil. Squeeze a generous amount of your preferred BBQ sauce (such as Sweet Baby Ray's) directly onto the ribs. Use a silicone brush to spread the BBQ sauce evenly over the entire surface of the ribs.

Place the uncovered ribs back into the oven. Set the oven to broil and cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until the BBQ sauce caramelizes to your liking, watching carefully to prevent burning.

Remove the finished ribs from the oven. Let them rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving. The ribs are excellent paired with light bread, perfect for making rib sandwiches.
