Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly oil it.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the 3 cups of plain flour and 2 tablespoons of baking powder. Mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon to ensure the baking powder is evenly distributed.

Add the 2 cups of Greek yoghurt to the dry ingredients. Mix all ingredients together with the wooden spoon until a shaggy dough forms. Continue mixing until the dough comes together.

Lightly flour a clean bench or countertop. Tip the dough out onto the floured surface and knead it lightly for about 1-2 minutes until it forms a cohesive ball. Avoid overworking the dough.

Using a knife, cut the dough ball into 9 equal pieces.

Take each piece of dough and roll it between your palms to form an individual ball. Place the rolled dough balls onto the prepared baking tray, leaving some space between each roll.

In a small bowl, beat one egg to create an egg wash. Brush the tops of all 9 dough balls generously with the egg wash using a pastry brush.

Add your desired toppings. For example, sprinkle shredded cheese and diced ham over the egg-washed rolls.

Place the baking tray into the preheated oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the bread rolls are golden brown and fluffy.

Once baked, remove the bread rolls from the oven and serve immediately. These rolls are perfect for burgers, soup, or lunchboxes.
