Preheat your air fryer to 375°F. Set up a dredging station: Place flour in a shallow dish, beaten eggs in a second shallow dish, and in a third shallow dish, combine Panko breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Dredge each chicken breast: first in flour, shaking off excess; then in egg, letting excess drip off; and finally, press firmly into the Panko mixture to ensure a good coating on all sides.

Lightly spray the breaded chicken breasts with olive oil spray on both sides. Place the chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd. You may need to cook in batches.

Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F).

While the chicken is air frying, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.

In a large skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Sauté the minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce and simmer for 3-5 minutes.

Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the marinara sauce. Toss to coat. Stir in 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese and a splash of reserved pasta water if the sauce is too thick.

Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the air fryer. Spoon about 1/4 cup of warmed marinara sauce over each chicken breast, then top with 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.

Return the chicken to the air fryer for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve the Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan immediately over the prepared pasta. Garnish with fresh chopped basil and extra grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
