In a medium bowl, mix together the shredded mozzarella, Greek yogurt, egg whites, almond flour, garlic powder, and grated Parmesan until all ingredients are well combined.

Using your hands, shape the mixture into small, bite-sized balls or other desired shapes.

Place the shaped bites in an air fryer basket or on a baking sheet. Air fry or bake at 375°F (190°C) for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Once cooked, brush the warm bites with garlic butter spray. Optionally, garnish with chopped fresh parsley and red pepper flakes before serving.
