Dice the 3 large potatoes.

Either shallow fry or air fry the diced potatoes until they are golden and crispy. Set the cooked potatoes aside.

In a large pan, drizzle extra virgin olive oil.

Add the 1 diced onion to the pan and sauté until it becomes soft.

Add the 1 kg diced beef or lamb to the pan with the onion. Cook the meat until all the liquid evaporates and the meat begins to brown.

Add the 1 large diced red capsicum to the pan and sauté for a few minutes.

Season the mixture with salt, as needed.

Season with a pinch of black pepper.

Add 1 tablespoon of pepper paste.

Then, add 1 tablespoon of Bippi Foods chilli.

Give everything in the pan a quick stir to combine the ingredients.

Add the previously prepared crispy potatoes back into the pan.

Toss the ingredients to combine them thoroughly.

Finish the dish by adding the 1 bunch of chopped coriander.

Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon into the pan.

Give it one final stir to incorporate the coriander and lemon juice.

Serve the Spiced Beef & Potato Skillet with a fresh salad and warm bread.
