Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Open the packages of beef kielbasa and slice each sausage into approximately 1-inch thick rounds. Drain the two cans of pineapple chunks, reserving 1/4 cup of the pineapple juice in a separate bowl for the glaze.

Take a toothpick (previously soaked in water to prevent burning) and thread one pineapple chunk onto it, followed by one slice of kielbasa. Arrange these assembled bites onto the parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat until all sausage and pineapple are used.

In a medium bowl, combine the reserved 1/4 cup of pineapple juice, 1/2 cup of Thai Style Sweet Chili Sauce, and 1/2 cup of Teriyaki Sauce. Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are well mixed.

Pour the prepared glaze evenly over all the pineapple sausage bites on the baking sheet, ensuring each piece is well-coated.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the glaze is sticky and the bites are nicely browned and caramelized. For a more heavily glazed finish, bake closer to 25 minutes.

Remove from the oven and serve immediately as a delicious appetizer.
