Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides to easily lift the bites out later.

In a large bowl, combine the self-rising flour and plain yogurt. Mix with a spoon until a shaggy dough forms, then turn it out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead by hand for 3-5 minutes until the dough is smooth and cohesive.

Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each portion into a long log, about 1 inch in diameter. Using a dough cutter or knife, cut each log into 1-inch bite-sized pieces. Gently roll each piece between your palms to form small, round dough balls.

In a small bowl, melt the unsalted butter. In another small bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon to create the cinnamon sugar mixture.

Place the dough balls into a medium-sized bowl. Pour the melted butter over the dough balls and toss gently to coat. Then, sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the buttered dough balls and toss again until every piece is thoroughly coated.

Transfer the coated dough balls into the prepared baking dish, spreading them out in a single layer. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.

While the bites are baking, prepare the cream glaze. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and free of lumps. Add more milk a 1/2 teaspoon at a time if the glaze is too thick, or more powdered sugar if it's too thin.

Once baked, remove the Cinnamon Sugar Bites from the oven. While still warm, drizzle the cream glaze generously over them. Serve immediately and enjoy pulling them apart.
