In a large bowl, combine whole wheat flour, salt, baking powder, and yogurt. Gradually add water and knead into a soft and pliable dough. Knead the dough well until smooth.

In a separate bowl, combine grated paneer, finely chopped onion, finely chopped bell pepper, and mozzarella cheese.

Now add pizza pasta sauce, Kashmiri red chili powder, ground black pepper, oregano, and chili flakes.

Add salt to taste and finely chopped fresh cilantro, then mix all ingredients well.

Take a small portion of the kneaded dough and roll it into a small disc.

Place a tablespoon of filling in the center of the rolled disc. Bring the edges of the dough upwards to cover the filling and seal the edges tightly to form a round, bomb-like shape.

Place the pizza bombs on a hot griddle. Cook on medium heat, flipping the bombs and using tongs to cook the edges directly over the flame, until golden brown on all sides.

Once cooked, remove the pizza bombs from the griddle and place them on a plate. Brush each hot pizza bomb with melted butter.

Serve hot pizza bombs with pizza pasta sauce or ketchup.
