Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Place the MEB Foods Khobz White Lebanese Pita on a clean work surface.

Squeeze 80 grams of pizza sauce onto the center of the Lebanese pita bread.

Using the back of a spoon, spread the pizza sauce evenly across the entire surface of the pita, leaving a small border for the crust.

Evenly distribute the 25 grams of chopped tomato and 25 grams of chopped red onion over the pizza sauce.

Add the 30 grams of ham and 80 grams of cooked, crumbled extra lean mince over the vegetables.

Sprinkle 40 grams of mozzarella cheese evenly on top of all the ingredients.

Drizzle 20 grams of reduced sugar BBQ sauce in a zigzag pattern over the assembled pizza.

Carefully place the pizza directly onto the oven rack in the preheated oven. Do not use a baking tray.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Once cooked, carefully remove the pizza from the oven using oven mitts. Let it cool for a minute or two before slicing and serving.
