Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in the tikka spice blend and cook for another minute until fragrant.

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create the garlic sauce.

Split the buns and spread a generous amount of the homemade garlic sauce on the bottom half of each bun.

Divide the cooked chicken tikka mixture evenly among the buns. Top with the sliced red onion and shredded mozzarella cheese.

Place the assembled buns on a baking sheet and bake for 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
