Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Add broccoli florets, chopped red bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes to a large metal baking tray.

Place the two salmon fillets among the vegetables in the tray.

Add the drained and rinsed butter beans and chickpeas to the tray.

Distribute the lemon wedges and minced garlic throughout the tray.

Crumble the block of feta cheese directly over all the ingredients in the tray.

Add a spoonful of butternut squash and sage pesto (or your preferred flavoring) to the tray.

Drizzle tomato passata/sauce and olive oil evenly over all the contents of the tray.

Sprinkle chili flakes over the ingredients in the tray.

Place the tray into the preheated oven and bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily, and the vegetables are tender.

Once cooked, carefully remove the tray from the oven. Using tongs, remove and discard the lemon wedges.

Add the cooked pasta (mafalda corta, rice, or orzo) to the tray. Use tongs to thoroughly mix all the ingredients until well combined.

Plate a portion of the creamy salmon, feta, veg & butter bean tray bake into a bowl. Grind fresh black pepper over the dish.

Garnish with fresh herbs, such as parsley or basil leaves, and drizzle with 'GOOD PHATS' before serving.
